Maxim Behar was an honorary guest at the “Baltic Weekend” conference in St. Petersburg

Earlier in September the famous Bulgarian PR expert and diplomat Maxim Behar for another year took part in the annual “Baltic Weekend” conference in St. Petersburg. Traditionally he had the honor to be one of the special guests of this amazing event.

Baltic Weekend is the largest international communication forum in Europe. Every year it is held in the Northern Capital of Russia – St. Petersburg. For seventeen years, Baltic Weekend has established itself as an effective discussion platform. During the PROBA award ceremony, which was part of the conference, Maxim Behar was welcomed on stage to announce one of the winners. Other than having this great privilege, he also took the chance to greet his good friend and Spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova, who received the PROBA Grand Award for lifetime achievements in PR.
