Maxim Behar was moderator at Third Annual BBLF-Ambassadors Meeting

BBLF held its Third Annual BBLF-Ambassadors Meeting. The exclusive event that gathered the business community, the diplomatic corps and members of the executive took place under the auspices of Ekaterina Zaharieva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and was kindly co-chaired by H.E.Irit Lilian, the Ambassador of the State of Israel to Sofia.

Maxim Behar in his capacity of BBLF Board member took part in the event as a moderator. Featured senior executives of leading BBLF member companies also joined the discussion and covered topics such as: ways to improve the business environment, reduce red tape for businesses, e-government, digitalisation of business processes, labour force shortage and ways to overcome it, the independence of the judicial system. A major focus was put on the system of education and the efforts to equip the youth to enter the labour market. Ambassadors and senior diplomats of countries across three continents took part in the discussion sharing some recent business partnership success stories.

BBLF organised the event for the third consecutive year with the aim of providing a platform for an open dialogue between the responsible business community, public sector representatives and the ambassadors of this country’s biggest and potential economic partners on the policies and measures that will deliver development and prosperity for the generations to come.
