Sofia Synagogue

It was lazy, but exciting Sunday morning. Maxim Behar spent part of the morning with some friends in Sofia Synagogue. That is an unique artistic, architectural and religious masterpiece. The PR expert showed that special place to his good friend Stanka Zheleva, to her husband Adrian and to his two brothers. One of them – Jairo Vela who lives in New York and designs synagogues, said the Sofia Synagogue was the original one and other synagogues in the rest of world were just replicas.
